Refund rules for NexPay orders.

1. General

Digital goods and services are generally non-refundable once delivered.

We review each case individually for technical failures or service errors.

2. When refunds may apply

Payment succeeded but the order was not fulfilled due to a service fault within a reasonable time.

Duplicate charge or incorrect amount.

Wrong details caused by a interface error (confirmed by support).

3. When refunds are not provided

Order completed: Steam credited, key delivered, or subscription activated.

Incorrect Steam login or email entered by the user.

Restrictions from Steam, banks, or payment systems outside NexPay control.

4. How to request a refund

Email the address on the Contact page or use support chat.

Include order ID, payment date, method, and a description. Attach a receipt if available.

Review may take up to 10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible.
